Much less foot pain in the arches. They take a bit of getting used to a couple of days uncomfort as they are very firm, worth the initial pain. Had several pairs of this brand over the last 3 years/ Review: Nice foot support, fits in my shoes well, comfortable - After buying spongey insoles for my boots (I walk dogs lots) and trainers (I run lots) I thought I'd spend a bit more on something that promised good support. The ones I normally get break up quite easily especially after washing so false economy when it comes to how much I'm spending and how long they last. When the ortho soles arrived, as expected they had a guide so I could cut them down to size if needed. I ordered 'up to UK size 7'. I'd previously bought some boots that came up larger in size so I tried putting the insoles straight into the boots and they fit, not needing to cut them down. They actually made these boots fit nicely and didn't take too much getting used to. The soles themselves seem thick and sturdy and the gel support seems to start behind the ball of the foot with more strength towards my arch and the heel with a rubber support in the middle of the heel. I've had a metatarsel breakage before which is still weak, these are really comfortable to wear and I don't feel that little pull in my foot after a run or walk so although I can't recommend for anyone with a fallen arch etc I do recommend trying as a good bit of cushioning and comfort. I cut them down to put in my trainers which are supportive anyway but did this just to try and they are again comfortable to wear and easy to walk and run in. All in all I'm happy with this pair and will order some more when I can so I don't have to swap and change when I use different footwear.

Nice foot support, fits in my shoes well, comfortable

One of the better insoles I've found.
I've suffered with plantar fasciitis for a couple years and tried numerous insoles. These are comfortable and seem to give good support, it's early days but so far pretty good.

I can walk without pain for the first time in a year
About 12 months ago I started getting symptoms of plantar fasciitis, I walk a lot at weekend out in the countryside which seems to have brought this on. About a year ago I went to an indoor inflatable park with my children and hat a bad pain in my heel. Initially I thought I'd landed heavy on it but over time (and trying lots of different things) I've figured out it was PF. I've tried rock tape, stretching, massages creams, night compression socks gel heel pads, memory foam trainers you name it. Whilst this did alleviate the problem a little it didn't take that electro shock feeling I got in my foot or painful heel with every step. I brought these after careful research and they've been a godsend since day 1. The issue appears to be in my arch causing my heel pain when my arch isn't properly supported. THIS supports that and has immediately fixed the problem. Now I have the right support I have a spring in my step and am looking forward to my hikes and a trip to Mt Snowdon later this year. You really take it for granted when you can't walk pain free. Not for me ! make sure you google the right size to cut them to shape and only wear for a few hours for the first couple of days. I'm so happy to be pain free. Thank you so much to the people who developed these. I'm going to order some for all my other pairs of shoes.

Good quality but didn’t work for me🥴
Felt arch was a bit hard, it’s the ball of my foot that’s painful hasn’t helped me I’m afraid.

Just what my feet needed
I run around on my feet all day and by the end of the day they get so sore. Doing a foot bath or massage is not an option as I am very time constrained. The only thing I could think of was better insoles. These are a game changer. It makes walking so much more comfortable. It's so spongy and at the end of the day I don't feel like my feet hurt like they used too. I will buy a couple more for my other shoes as I don't like taking them out of one pair to the next.

Doesn't do what it says.
Worn for a few hours, and had to remove them has they cause more pain, the heel part of the insole feel rock hard. And the lump that I pursume is their to push it aches up was quite close to the part of my foot just after the joint were my toes join my foot. Took them off after a few hours has my feet could handle it. Really wouldn't recommend unfortunately. Just feel as tho it's just another product that people who are in pain with their feet are forced to try cause they will try anything. Such a shame........

A solid insole that fits both my feet and shoes very well to reduce foot pain
These insoles were absolutely fantastic! I started off using them in my occasional shoes but have since put them into my shoes I use for work as they are so comfortable! They are solid insoles that actually feel like they are doing something and the pain I had in my feet has definitely reduced. Can not recommend these insoles enough, very useful to be able to cut them to the right size too to fit perfectly into any shoe. Very impressed!
