Cascade Bathing speakg – Bathroom Digital Weighing Scales with Voice

Had to return this, not damaged or anything but simply not working correctly. I am a big guy just under 120 kilos. Unpacked it all ok inserted new batteries stood on it and it appeared all ok except that I appeared to have lost over 5 kilos overnight! Checked again and I had only lost 3 kilos overnight so relocated to kitchen, this time I had lost over 10 kilos overnight. Then it really started playing up every time I stood on it after a few seconds it announced "powering down" Really got the hump with it moved it to several different locations, all hard floor surfaces and same irregular results. Did try putting some dumbbells on it and surprise surprise the readings were pretty accurate so my conclusion is that despite the 150 kilo weight limit indicated I think it is not suitable for higher weight range.Well packed and looked good but did not talk the talk, literally.

a great scale. now I dont have to bend down to check the weight.

Doesn't work accurate on a carpet this is the question I asked before I bought it, plus it never said that it didn't say that it only gave the weight in LBS and not STONES and LBS

Bought this for my father since he needs to keep an eye on his weight for medical reasons and has trouble reading smaller displays, it’s good enough, the voice is a little weird but recommend because the price is good. I’m not sure that he uses it much. Still, it made for a decent little gift idea.

Does not weigh in stones and pounds, only pounds which is pretty meaningless to an elderly person with failing eyesight which is the typical person for whom a talking scale would be bought.

Arrived on time, well packed and undamaged. Bit disappointed the scales are on the small size and an adult foot only just fits on.
