Really good butchery knife
Bought this to butcher a whole venison and it definitely stood up to the job!Lovely and sharp, nice size and shape to hold. Would definitely recommend this!

One of the best boning knives on the market
For the price this really is a superb boning knife. Not surprising that it comes from such a well known and prestigious brand. Can't fault it really - from day one I was boning out un-butchered five bone prime ribs and it did it with ease, because of its super sharp blade and the right amount of flexibility to get around bones with accuracy.
