These are life changing if you know how to use them. But you can just hold them while laying in bed with your tongue on the roof of your mouth. I didn't know what to expect, both are nicely polished. For people who are new to this, I would have liked the stones to be labeled, but having some background in rocks & minerals I quickly figured it out. There is definitely an energy in these, you can actually feel it go up your arms and into your body. I woke up with a migraine, so I took the rods in my hands and laid there for about 10-15 minutes, I did pass them over my head several times, and I was shocked that my migraine was gone, that never happened before. I got up feeling great. Of course I'll test it again if I get another migraine.

I will admit to being sceptical based on some of the reviews. But it came well packaged,was totally able to tell which was which and did the flashlight test. Absolutely genuine! Was able to make flashlight work per the video. So I am very happy and would definitely recommend this company based on my experience.

Gorgeous healing shungite

Très beaux cylindres. A présent je dois apprendre à les utiliser. Mes premières expériences, ayant déjà un très bon sommeil, en méditant j'ai fini par m'endormir. Mais je me remets encore d'un grave accident de voiture datant de fin 2018. Actuellement une fracture du plateau tibial du même côté accidenté. Je pense donc que si je m'endors cela doit être réparateur. Je devais d'abord subir une intervention chirurgicale pour finalement ne porter qu'une genouillère spéciale. J'ai quand même pu remarquer, après mon endormissement, qu'après j'avais un regain d'énergie. A suivre.... mais j'ai des facilités à entrer dans un état autre, pratiquant sur moi-même l'auto-hypnose lors d'interventions (interventions dermato, extractions dentaires)
