Works well for purewick collection

There is nothing wrong with this item. For my uses it was too small and the shape did not fit my vacuum device.

Again. I ordered while in Africa and the next team of volunteers brought. It was so great to be able to order and ship to another address so they could bring to us. Great size -who likes to keep changing cannisters

This is supposed to be a vacuum rated canister and broke the first time I put vacuum on it kind of defeats the purpose.

Even though I wanted the Purewick replacement canister. That’s not what I got. The replacement canister I got doesn’t fit as well.

TRYING TO USE IT AS A BUBBLIER BECAUSE OF ITS 800 ML CAPACITY.

I have a small vacuum pump which I use to remove oil from lawn equipment and a boat. Years ago the container lid was broken. And at some point in time the original plastic container was also broken. After extensive searching I found just the container. Had to fabricate a lid from an old coffee can. Recently, on a whim, I did a search on Amazon for one or both of these parts. Imagine my excitement in finding both as one assembly. My vacuum pump is good as new. Thank you Amazon.

I use it for collecting urine with vacuum pump. Holds 6 cups instead of the usual 4, which is very useful. Well made and reasonably priced. Single complaint is lack of any sort of adaptor kit for tubing in case your tubing doesn't match inlet stems. In my case, the center stem was too large for existing pump tubing. I happened to have some old plastic tubing around I got to work, but you may end up at your hardware store finding something suitable.
