Updated: Zulay responded to my inquiry. After a brief exchange via messaging on Amazon app, they shipped out a new frother as well as a mini frother. Both are working great. They also wrote a handwritten note saying that their family run business appreciates my support and business. I updated my review to five stars because of their response and the new product working great. Original: I ordered the frother in November 2024. It worked well for the first couple months. Although it would bog down in heavy whipping cream. It is now the beginning of March and the frother is no longer working all the time. The button only works maybe 10% of the time, so I have to keep pressing for it to eventually start spinning. I reached out to the company and have not received a response. Poor quality product and bad customer service.

Ive always wanted a handmixer, and I finally got one and let me tell you the speed is outstanding blend good for creamer and anything else u wanna mix as in powder juice I haven’t tried it but I’m a assuming will work also with cold nesquick chocolate milk 🥛 but as of right now works great and takes on double AA batteries get urself one of these ! 😍🥰
