The IP address of mini-pro and PTZ need in the same network segment. For example, the IP address of mini pro is 192.168.6.163. Pls set the IP address of PTZ to 192.168.6.X .(Keep the first three numbers the same, and set X to 2–254 (except 163)

RGBlink Mini series normally takes about 1–2 minutes to start, as it is Linux-based and needs time to load the system(Similar to Windows and macOS). This is expected behavior, and once powered on it will run stably throughout your event.
