I use this tape mainly to wrap my ankles when playing tennis. I apply it over another wrap. I have use it for years and feel that it provides some support and help in preventing injuries.

Since I have 3 athletes and coach a large track club, I need a lot of athletic tape for various purposes. This is a great option--lots of tape for not a huge price. It is almost as good as the more expensive, name-brand athletic tape. It is sticky enough that it won't come undone easily. The only thing it's a little tough sometimes to rip off. Overall, purchased this multiple times and will purchase again.

Works as should for my daughters bad ankles

This is more like medical tape and not athletic tape. It's thinner and slippery. We use athletic tape for gymnastics (to wrap ankles) and this tape was too slippery to use without slipping when practicing on beam. So not good for what we needed.
