This is a subscription item without letting customers know that they made a subscription.
Once the is purchase is made, a customer will be monthly subscribed to receive the item. I’ve made one order a month ago without realising this I am subscribing for a monthly delivery, the subscription was defiantly not visible when I made the purchase and I definitely did not give my consent for the subscription. Surprisingly, I’ve received another box of rolls today, which I have to return myself. There is no delivery organised, a cute or has physically return it back. I was told that I will be refunded only when I find an EVRI store to return this box, that is half of my size, by myself.Also, the quality of the rolls is not the best. The paper sheets are way too long for the plinth, so I have either cut more or less of that in order to cover the whole table.
