Good product

Very very bad phone. I am not expecting this from jio bharat and amazon. Every time when i am opening the phone it is showing that your phone is about to shut down and the phone is switched off. And after that things also when i entered my old jio sim into this and I when i am recharging the phone with the plan of 91 rs of jio the recharge is successful but after the recharge when i am trying to call someone they are telling me that in jio bharat you can't recharge the phone number with the plan of 91 rs and they are telling me you have to recharge your phone with plan of 123 rs. And they jio company also not gave me the refund of 91 rs after calling them 5 times. And the browser of the phone is also not starting. I am very disappointed. So I have to replace the item.

The phone is good, most importantly it is only for Rs. 999 and supports the jio recharge plan of Rs. 123 which makes it even more cheap. Everything about the phone is good, except the charging function, the phone doesn't get charged beyond 90%, when it reaches 90% it stays there and when we unplug the charger even after two hours of its 90% reach, it shows PHONE NOT FULLY CHARGED but the charge percentage doesn't increase. Moreover, don't expect much in terms of jio cinema and camera, because the screen is so small that watching anything on this phone is useless. Rest everything is awesome, be it voice quality, speaker, and other things.

I bought the JioBharat K1 mainly for calling, basic internet, and the extra perks like JioTV, JioCinema, and JioSoundPay. The phone works fine for day-to-day use—calls are clear, 4G network reception is decent, and the keypad is comfortable. The preloaded Jio apps run, but they are slow, especially when watching videos. Battery backup is average—good for a day with light use but drains faster when streaming or using the internet. The small display is okay for text and menus, but not very enjoyable for watching movies or TV shows. Build quality is solid for the price, but it feels a bit bulky in the pocket. Overall, it’s a budget-friendly 4G keypad phone for people who need calling, UPI payments, and occasional video streaming. If you want smooth entertainment and a bigger screen, you might want to look at other options.

volume is too low

Battery lasts 2- 3 days and clear audio, strong jio network, affordable and reliable ,great performance,very good connectivity and it is totally user friendly.

Keypad are not responsive just after a week of usage. It also has lag issues and responds after 10 secs lag which is really very frustrating. All of this started happening just after a month usage and that with minimal usage only for calls that too as a secondary phone.

Even though Cost is very low, But quality is very poor. Keypad is not working properly after very few weeks. Not worth to buy.
