one like this, a small 1 meter version
I go through 2 or 3 "stick" rulers a year. I carry 3 different rulers for work, one like this, a small 1 meter version, a 25 foot tape. I have replaced several of this type because the joints cannot survive a fall, as the joints shear when the ruler falls on its edge. I have never had to replace a rule like this by extending or retracting or other "normal" handling. It has the both the regedityand flexability

it's good
metric on one side, english on the other side. sturdy, weather resistent. a bit on the heavy side. numbers don't stand out well. i like it but dont love it.

Tried this out, I usually buy wiha. Rhino ruler is very tough to unfold. I will continue to buy Wiha

The one I received have English on both side, no metric. Feels very study, very tight and hard to open up.

!!! NOT METRIC !!!
I ordered it because on the title it says "Metric". It is not metric. Just got a plain one with Inches on both sides
