The best and most comfy orthotics

They have changed the packaging design of these orthotics, but the product is the same. I have tried other brands of orthotics, but none are as effective as these. I would buy Vasyli orthotics every time. They provide great support and really ease my ankle and knee pain. Really firm which means they need careful wearing in, if you're not used to them.

Really well made product that is extremely effective. Fits comfortably into a shoe and definitely improves walking. It is noticeable how weight distribution on the foot is altered.

Very good insoles and excellent seller

I started using orthotics in the NHS. first of all did not work, but later on adding layers underneath the physiotherapist was able to improve my knee pain by a subjective 80 %. I moved out of city and I tried to get a replacement. I (fortunately) was sent to an useless podiatrist who was trying to convince me my condition was curable by exercise. She did not add any layer and my knee pain hinted to come back in less than a week . Tired of the typical NHS' patronising uselessness I went to a high St. Podiatrist and I was shocked she did not see any need for additional layers but qualified the NHS insoles as neutral (I guess meaning rubbish). I indeed saw that they collapse with my weight and Considering I am average (13 st) I let the private physician have a chance. She suggested these insoles and offered me to provide new layers if needed as they are designed to allow it so. This was not necessary, I started having a funny sensation, and a wee pain around my knee but never inside the knee like before, after two weeks my ligaments adapted and I would say the improvement has been around a 95% or over (subjective). I did not bother to even get back to the NHS and my knee pain stop being a problem. Just be aware they made my working shoes small even after pulling out the original Insoles, hence you might need to change some of your footwear. I also have the chopped version which fitted better in my daily footwear but my safety shoes are pretty rough inside, making this full length the only one possible option. Finally, come with lines to point out sizes if you wish to ajust them to your exact size by cutting. These indications seem to be in American sizes.I would like to add I checked recent medical literature to find out why the second podiatrist in the NHS was speaking nonsense and it happened that there are some researches finding over the counter Insoles ineffective. As regard this make no mistake, these are professional medical gear which are used by medics and are worthy each penny. I happily recommend them as a user.
