My daughter loves all the fun stuff on it! Photo quality is ok, the games and telling time make it fun for my daughter to wear everyday.

First, trying to set up the app to work with the phone is extremely difficult and doesn’t make any sense. there’s hardly any instructions in the box and you can’t put a picture of yourself on your contact so that your child can look at your picture and know that they’re calling you. on top of that it takes about 24 hours for the Sim card to link with the device and you have to attempt to use the device in order to find out how to register that IMEI with the actual phone service that you choose. Beyond that the app has ads every time you try to answer a call or make a call and then you have to pay for the ads to be removed on this app (that comes with the phone that you already purchased). Yeah when I tried to do that, it couldn’t even give me a price and allow me to pay for the privilege of not having ads while I’m trying to talk to my child…. Don’t waste your money or your time with this product. I’m returning it I can’t even do a single video call on the app because the app is now no longer working. It worked for like half a day and then stopped working. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. Please don’t buy this product if you value your sanity.

GPS is off, which is a key thing I really was hoping for. However it seems that the GPS on all these kids watches is hit/miss. Wish you could text through regular phone and not the app as it doesn't say on the watch who the text is from either. So far all other features are good. It's enough for our 8yo for now as she rides her bike to/from school which is less than a 5min ride anyways.

It was easy to set up and works fine. I'm only not happy that it doesn't offer a 12-hour clock -- only military time or analog are the options.... small children don't know either of these, but it works for what we need (the phone feature).None of the SE tracker watches have reliable GPS so don't count on that. They are pretty much good for the phone option only. They do offer video chat and voice text as well and both functions work for us (just keep in mind its through the app not phone-to-phone).This watch does have more games than our last one so our daughter is excited about that.

Location settings and communications via app seldom work. We bought it to know where our 8 y. o. is at all times. We also have his tablet set up and it works as long as it's powered on, 100%. But kids don't always carry their tablet to the playground, the park, in the neighborhood. That's what the watch is for and it does both poorly.

Ordered this as a gift for 4 year old and kid was soo excited and jumped in joy that this is my first smart watch, parents gave very good feedback, Watch features are very good as described. So happy with purchase. They said it was so easy to setup and use. They asked for product link as well. Overall very happy, highly recommend

Not compatible with Verizon or AT&T. Not sure about the other countless providers, but those are the top two and the watch could not be added to mine or my husband’s plan for cellular use as advertised.
