the core thread and flange is metal but the turner is made up of plastic. But Looks that's how most of the products in this low price market. Value for money.

Very lite and small in size, it's having no mark of jagger and entire steel body, no brassVery cheap and local Chinese product, which I believe lot of sellers selling the same item with there brand on Amazon.But at the cost of 149 per pcs it's not that good.
