Adjusting the length is pretty straightforward, though it took me a minute to figure out the mechanism – a small inconvenience for the benefit of a tailored fit.At 6'4", I appreciate the flexibility of being able to adjust it. Good quality and easy to use, i bring it to the park with me. Great quality for the money however it is a tad bit too long for me (Im 169cm) and you can’t adjust the size. But besides that really great skipping rope🙂

Its an ok rope - the rope part is a bit weak (fine bit of metal thread covered in plastic) very long 'rope' but was easy to make smaller

Was just looking for a couple cheap skipping ropes to do some extra cardio in the evenings in attempt to get 'summer ready' 😅 These fit the bill perfectly. handles are comfortable and grippy. Rope appears to be pretty durable after 2 weeks of outdoor use!Really like that the cable is a bit longer and is easily adjustable and can be done in minutes. Just unscrew the end off the handle and pull it through to shorten. Can be cut to size if needed if like me just tuck excess back into handle!
