Update- they fixed it within November 1st week and till now it's working fine. Brand was responsible and did follow up and was always within reach My only concern is relative to the time taken as incase some repairs are needed spare parts will take time to reach from abroad.Delivery done on Aug 31 and took them almost a week for installation and worked perfect for 10 days then error i30, water leak due to a broken small hose pipe and to make it even worse they don't have spare parts in india. It will have to be imported from Poland and will take a long time to fix, almost a month gone by still waiting for spare. How long will I have wait not even the technician or service centre can't provide a date for fix.

The team was prompt to reply about the query and even coordinated with my plumber to guide him the necessary requirement of the product. The team was quite prompt to reply to schedule the installation and did not wait for 24 Hr window…Sachin More being very patient explained everything quite effectually during installation the picture is of Mr More.Over all the machine is silent than expected, shall work on the same for few days and repost on performance

I am glad I made this choice- silent, highly functional and extremely pleased with the cleaning of even Indian cooking dishes. My mom owns another brand dishwasher and that is one noisy machine. Electrolux on the other hand is extremely efficient and silent. The programs are also smartly designed keeping in mind the different user needs. Service was also smooth. Would highly recommend.
