Zojirushi SM-WA36-HL One-Touch Stainless Steel Mug, Seamless, 0.36 L, Ice Gray

Always been a fan of zojurushi mug. Got the 16oz ones but wanted a small one for my coffee/tea. This was the perfect size for coffee on the go and I could toss it into my work bag/purse easily without taking up too much space. Always stay hot throughout the day. Love the new design where the mouth piece is a single piece and easy to wash. I tried many coffee mugs before this one and decided to go back to the trusty zoji brand.

ワンタッチで開けることができて、蓋は開いた状態で止める事が出来るので、飲んでいる時に鼻先に落ちてくることもない。軽いし、保温は完璧だし色も可愛かった。ただ、口が小さくてボトルの中が洗いにくいのが残念で☆－１にしました。

The old one I'm still using, but I left it at the temple over the weekend, and I need a leak-proof mug to go on a trip. So I bought this one, out of trust for Zojirushi! They maintained all the advantages of the old version, but made improvement on the cap. there are fewer parts on the cap, the cap doesn't fling water when i open, and the water comes out of the vent more smoothly. these are definitely improvements worth praising. However, I have only one concern about the new mug, which is the smell. I have washed the plastic parts in soap water, and washed the body of mug with boiling water for several times. however, there is always a faint smell when i drink the water from mug. i'm not sure if the smell comes from the paint inside the mug, or the plastic cap. I have been using the mug for 5 days, I hope the smell will go away eventually. otherwise I concern for my health. This Zojirushi mug is absolutely beautiful and functional. The cap now has fewer parts, it doesn’t fling water when opened, and the water from the vent flows more smoothly—improvements that are definitely worth praising. However, I do have a concern about the new mug: the smell. Despite washing the plastic parts with soap water and the body with boiling water several times, there's a persistent faint smell when I drink water from it. I'm uncertain whether this odor originates from the paint inside the mug or the plastic cap. As I've been using this mug for five days, I am hoping that the smell will eventually dissipate, as it is a concern for my health.

I got this after being recommended for excellent heat and cold retention as well as leak proof. Will see how it works, the only interesting thing is on the box it says in English, Attention, please read instruction manual before use, but the instruction manual has no English print instructions, the entire thing is in Asian print, Taiwanese I assume as that is where it was made. The box also is mostly Asian print except for the instruction to read the instructions and list of features. Interesting idea when sold to English speaking customers.
