I researched ultrasonic products online and many had bad reviews except for this one. This one really explained the the way it worked - how changes in the sound pattern prevented the mice from getting used to it. When I got the product there was clear instructions for use and realistic expectations of what to expect. It was quick and easy to set up. There was no annoying noise which some reviews of other products complained about - you can hear a very faint hum as the unit pulses if you put your ear up against it and you have excellent hearing, otherwise its effectively silent and you won't know its there. The results were not immediate as I was told to expect. The mice were inquisitive to the change in the environment and there was a bit more acitivity at first. After one week's continuous use I have been mouse free for the last 3 days, empty traps for the first time in weeks. I am really glad that I chose this product as I have got really good results and I am so relieved not to have to deal with the mice problem any longer. The service I received was really good too, personal and friendly, so I knew who to contact if i needed anymore help or information. It's nice to be so satisfied with an on-line product.

We bought this as we had a double infestation. We had mice in the loft and our cat brings in live 'gifts', which occasionally get away and one such gift was beneath the cupboards in the kitchen. We had tried a combination of live bait and dead bait traps. The ones in the loft were catching an average of 2 a day. The one in the kitchen was living like a king on the food in the traps, but we could not catch it. So we decided to try the ultrasonic repellent in addition.I cannot say 100% that it was the product that chased away the mice but since fitting it there have been none caught in the loft traps and all the usual evidence of the one in the kitchen has gone, so it is a safe bet that it has been successful. We live in a bungalow and both infestations were covered by the one device.We also recently discovered a rat in a garden building and immediately moved the ultrasonic repellent outside. Since moving it there have been no sightings of the rat.I am extremely happy with the product. It appears to do exactly what is expected of it. I would not hesitate to purchase another . I would recommend it.

Great little gadget. I bought two and then, soon after plugging in the first pair, bought two more. That pretty much says it all, and should be enough of a recommendation in itself. Although I only really bought them as spider deterrents in our holiday home, I have also noticed that we no longer need to put mouse traps in the loft for the occasional 'visitor', so they clearly work against rodents as well as arachnids (and, one assumes, other scuttling critters). I also enjoy the schadenfreude of thinking that my neighbours now have my quota of unwanted 'house guests' scampering over to visit them!

You can only assume this device is efficient if you see no evidence of pests in the area you did before, therefore it is a bit tricky to review. I will be eternally grateful to this device which appears to be working well, as poison is not an option after my experience with an intruder which died in a place where it was impossible to retrieve the body and the results were very unpleasant. The device has two lights on it which flash and assure you that it is working. It is compact with clear instructions and the company which supplies it seem to know their stuff.

Okay I have a few things to say.First off, the product. It worked like a dream. I had mice in my loft which were keeping me all night, scampering about and using my loft as their playground. I called in some pest control people to lay bait, but no joy. Then I came across this product, put the batteries in and left it in place. Unbelievable!! The very night I put the unit in my loft, not a squeak, or noise or anything else. Remarkable. I can wholly recommend this product. I've had it for over a week and in that time I've not heard anything from the little critters.On another point, I found the seller to be really good. I received my supplies promptly and in good order. Furthermore, I even got a follow up courtesy email, to ask how I was getting on. Does it get better than that?So hats off to a fantastic product and a great company to do business with. I can wholeheartedly recommend both!!!

I did receive a faulty Repellent at first, but I contacted the seller and was replied to and a replacement received in just 3 days over a bank holiday! Nothing complicated about installation, just plug into socket surrounded by hard surfaces (no carpet/curtains nearby). After 3 days I stopped hearing the constant evening scratching from my unwanted rodent lodgers. It takes time to completely eradicate all unwanted lodgers, after all they were living there rent free. I have had it plugged in for over 1 week and very rarely hear any noise now. The product mentioned 3-6 months for complete mouse free house but I have noticed a huge difference. Not sure if its related but I now have 3 cats that are constantly living in my garden! Maybe fast food is vacating my property?In conclusion and jokes aside, this product is worth every penny for peace of mind.
