Q: Have the burn issues been corrected on this candle? My biggest pet peeve is a candle that just burns down the center.

To make a candle not burn down the middle you have to burn it long enough for the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the jar. So a small tea light, you can burn for a short time and no problem. The wider the candle, the longer you should burn before blowing it out. This works with all candles. This tip changed my life.

Q: How many inches tall is this? I couldn't imagine only being 3 inches tall as it states in the description with it costing over $20.

The 3" includes the lid. The wax itself inside of the container is 2.5" deep. It burns slowly and has a really nice light scent. I'm sensitive to strong candles, but this one does not bother me at all, so it's worth the $20 to me. Hope this helps.
