This water fountain works well for pets!I bought this hoping that my pet would like this new water dish, as this one is more natural.At first, she didn't like it, but overtime, she got used to it. It did take awhlie though. Please keep this in mind, unless your pet is already used to a similar fountain, they will need time to get used to the fountain.This fountain holds a lot of water, which is a benefit so that you don't have to refill it daily. Just here and there is plenty.It also looks nice, yet is quiet. It runs quietly so that it doesn't bother you, but looks very modern and sleek.I will say that I do have two negatives, as this was something for my grandma. First, it's heavy for a bowl. Though I do understand why with the material and the size of the fountain, for her it's not something she should lift; she could more easily drop it by mistake and berak it. Second, the filter is extremely picky as to how it needs to be set to get the right water flow. Due to this, it makes setting up more intracate. Even if you get a good flow after awhile, you may possibly get water spilling out in small droplets around the bowl. This hasn't been a problem for my grandma because of the way I set it up, but it can very easily become a problem.The photo I included makes it easy to see that the fountain next to the food dish for my pet, and you can see just how large it is. In this photo the water is also running, and you can see the little stream of running water.Overall, this fountain is good. It runs quietly and looks nice, and once your pet gets used to it you will notice that you don't have to refill it a lot because it holds a lot of water in it. I recommend this fountain to anyone that has a pet that needs a new water dish, as this is a nice step up from a stand-still dish.

The media could not be loaded.  I was so happy to find this! I wanted one of the German Ones as soon as I saw it, but they do not export to the US. I’m not sure if my cat ever uses it but I like the idea of him having a running water source if I should ever get stuck away from home. It is quiet and easy to maintain and no plastic bowls to give him chin acne. I recommend trying it!One Caveat. The way this comes is a pain in the butt. I don’t know who engineered it but the hoses are too short and they crimp when installed. Do yourself a big favor by spending 5 extra bucks and do what I did. Buy a package of the fat silicone replacement straws by Aladin, and a 3/8x3/8 barbed elbow. Install one side of the elbow in the silicone plug that slips into the top and attach a straw to the other end of the elbow. Attach the other end of the straw to the fitting on the pump. When you assemble it, Let it loop around so it does not kink. Allows you to reassemble it in seconds with no fuss.They were So close! It’s an awesome product once you add that elbow. I will be buying another one if the ferals like this one. Super Happy to find this knock off here in the states!

It is too sensitive. One time you connect the tube and it is barely a trickle. The next time, water is shooting out like a sprinkler system. Too unreliable. I bought this because there was a similar system sold only in Europe that got excellent reviews...this one didn't live up to it.

This could be a great fountain. Unfortunately the flexible water tube constantly wriggled out of position from the force of the water. Tried to make it work, but ultimately returned this item.

When I bought this, I kept going back to the picture to try to see how big this fountain was and thought it was going to be too small for my cat. When I opened the box I was so HAPPY. It is literally the exact fountain (size, shape, color, ceramic material) that I’ve been searching for. My cat LOVES it. She ran immediately to it and drank from it and now is just sitting next to it watching the water flow. And bonus: it just so happens to match her food bowl like they were supposed to be sold as a pair! ❤️

My cat LOVES this water fountain! And I love it too because I don't have to remember to fill her bowl and I'm always certain my kitty has clean, fresh water. Totally worth the cost!

This is is my second water fountain, the first one was too loud, what I noticed is how clean the water stayes due to the covered design, that also helps prevent flooding caused by my cat. My cat used to drink only from the faucet but I think he changed his mind now, easy to assemble and dishwasher safe (but I usually clean it with a brush) , My cat definitely recommends that fountain. Super happy with my purchase.

Opened box; well packed but had tiny ceramic chips in bowl. Hard to set up; tried 3 hours; could not do it; returned it.
