I’m forever trying to blow bubbles! :)
I bought this to entertain both my cat and my dog for Christmas. I opened it up to find that there didn’t appear to have a wand to blow bubbles with. It took me a minute or two to realise that the wand is not actually attached to the lid, so you end up having to fish it out of the bottle with your fingers. The lid has a place where you are supposed to push the wand up into, to attach it to the lid, however it is totally pointless trying to use it, as it will not stay in place no matter what you do. Finally, I decided to just use the wand on its own. I managed to blow the odd bubble here and there, but for the most part it was almost impossible to get consistent bubbles. Needless to say, that after all the faffing about, both my dog and cat had got bored and disappeared off to find something more interesting to do, ha ha.Requested a refund through Amazon, which was granted.

There is a wand!
My cats love these. Firstly there is a wand, it’s loose in the bubbles and you attach it to the lid once you’ve removed the leak proof seal. That way you get a drip catcher. I had no problem attaching it. Secondly I got lots of lovely bubbles by blowing gently and steady. If the liquid is too frothy it can stop the wand working but that’s the case with any bubble liquid. Letting the liquid settle helps. Lastly one of my cats returned after the bubbles were over and immediately started rolling around on the floor where the bubbles had mainly been. All three loved the sent and responded just like they do to regular catnip. I’ve also tried it in a bubble machine and it worked brilliantly.

Disappointed cat
The idea behind this product is great, hovewer it doesn't produce any bubbles, I can manage to get 1 or 2 every now and then, but very difficult. And my poor cat is very interested and waiting for the bubbles, but they fail to appear... I recently decided to "doctor" it with a drop of washing up liquid and finally it works well. Hovewer I do not advise anybody to do the same, as your cat might lick it and get sick. Mine doesn't lick the bubbles, only stares at them, so we're safe.

My cat loves these bubbles!
She begs for me to get them out and she stares up in wonder, she shouts and them and pops them!Like others I was frustrated at the wand being stuck in the bottle, but I've only had to fix it on a couple of times, if you have some tweezers its easy to get it out! Found it really difficult to get any bubbles out of this at all at first, I then discovered you have to shake it up and then leave it a bit to "settle" and then you can get a good stream of bubbles.I place the wand in front of the fan so it acts like a bubble machine and my kitty likes to run around chasing them!

My cats don't understand
Can't mark them down for the reason I gave them to my sister for her cats because the product itself (once you fish out the wand without tainting the mixture too much with the natural oils on your fingers) does exactly what it says. It makes lots of bubbles that don't all pop immediately. It's just my cats only stare in horror at the bubbles and if they touch them they run away like they've just broken a lamp or something. Every. Single. Time. Hopefully my sister's cats will be less skittish with them.

Useless
I agree with other reviewers - it it impossible to get the bubbles to work, even after delving into the liquid to fish out the wand. When I did get the wand out I had to blow so hard that it scared the cat. Now he runs every time he even sees the bottle. Complete waste of money.

Excellent bubbles
Pros: Great bubbles that are can be blown to a range of sizes, catnip is definitely present and attractive to my cat, entertains me.Cons: I don’t think my cat had seen a bubble before he was a little freaked out by them, he didn’t like being blown on when I blew bubbles near him.Overall now I’ve tried it a few times, my cat lets me blow bubbles near by and if one floats near enough he’ll burst it. He gets a little over stimulated by catnip so wants to fight the bubble wand if I get to close. I’m not sure he’s enjoying the bubble experience. He does however love to roll around on the floor where the bubbles have popped when I’ve put the lid back on.

Not worth the money
Bought as my grandchildren like bubbles and we have found in the past that cat bubbles worked very well. These do not work at all well. Even after trying two bottles for several minutes we still have not got one bubble also the wand is inside the liquid when delivered and you have to get it out of the bottle and it is difficult to fix onto the lid and get it to stick. Very disappointing. however they do attract cats with the catnip
