Great Product & Excellent Customer Service!
I use this canopy as a cover for my pontoon boat. I installed it right next to my garage. The height adjusts from 9.5 to 11 feet, which was ideal for the extra height I needed. I was able to assemble and install it by myself. The assembly of the frame was very logical and well designed, and all the parts fit together well. I had one part of the assembly I didn't quite comprehend, but I contacted customer support and they replied right away and explained it to me. After 9 months, the canopy has held up very well and does not leak at all. Recently I backed into and bent one of my leg poles, and once again contacted them and they responded right away and sent a replacement for a small charge.I highly recommend this canopy for protection of your boats or vehicles, and their great customer service is a plus!

Great product
When I unpacked the boxes at first, I thought I opened a can of worms due to many parts shipped, fortunately I was wrong. I separated all the pieces according to the numbers on the parts then followed the instructions, that made it super easy to assembly while using the instructions workbook.To our surprise it was easy to assemble with two sets of hands and it looks good.We arelly happy with the product.

good protection from the sun
@Holiday, the service person i worked with to replace the canopy that was slightly larger than the frame. thank you so much. i mounted my 12' x 20' canopy to the concrete slab with tap-con screws. there are only two holes in the foot plate of each pole, which are in line with the length of the canopy. i used tie downs at each corner to keep it stable from any cross winds. recommend to add a round foot plate with 4 holes. the canopy is doing a great job of protecting my car from the Florida sun. thanks again!
