I purchased this bottle of b12 because I had blood work done that said my b12 levels were very low. I started taking this (just one whole dropper a day) and my levels are now normal. So it works, gives me great energy, and tastes great.

When I found out my red blood count was low, it was recommended I try B12. After doing some research on the best type and best way to take it I started searching. I'm glad I came across this because it is liquid and has the folate with it. After about 21 days I noticed my legs didn't hurt as much after work. Previously I thought the pain was due to sciatica, but it was the low RBC. This has been a real help for me. Added bonus that it tastes like candy.

Great product

Very nice natural strawberry flavor (so a bit bitter but still delicious). Easy to use dropper. Pretty happy with the ingredients. Got this to try after being diagnosed with a vitamin d deficiency and it has helped.

I have been taking it for about a week. So far I haven't experienced a big burst of energy. I will continue until the bottle is empty.

I have needed B12 injections for 20 years due to bowel surgery that removed part of my bowel where B12 is metabolized. I'm used to it and have no problems with the injections that I self administer. I read some clinical studies that indicated that sublingual drops are equal to or better than injected B12. So I tried these. They clearly work if one allows them enough time under the tongue as I test for B12. As they say, talk with your medical professional.
