This is esactly what Trangia described but thanks comments by reviews, I won't stack it with rest of the Trangis 27 set because the chaffing would only destroy the non-stick feature prematurely.Pound for pound more expensive than domestic saucepans but Trangia is aiming to a more-or-less captive market.

So far this is ticking all the boxes. It's a pan. It fits inside my current trangia set. It has a trangia logo so you know you get what you pay for. As it's a 'new' range, it appears well made and I can't tell the difference between the weight of my old aluminium one (finally ditched after more than 20 years) and this. If this lasts as long as the one it's replaced, I'll be happy. Not tested the supposed increased non-stickability yet, but certainly looks better than the old light grey sets.

Outer 1l pan hard anodised - no gradations present. Ideal for my needs.If you over heat your food this pan will be left with permanent marks :(

good quality pot easy to clean and light to carry will wook on most cooker gaz and spirit burners have used it a lot still in good order
