Came without a cover/lid. How could something so basic and an necessary not be included.

Loved the bottle
I bought it at KMart for $4.99. Loved it. Within a week the clip on the cap broke. I went back to KMart to buy another and they were all sold out. I will try to call the manufacturer today and see if they will send me a cap, then I will be very gentle with the new cap. Otherwise, I have to buy a 12 pack from the manufacture, price unavailable thus far, or buy from Amazon at more than $4.99.
