Best Slab of Dried Meat of All Time.
I keep it in my work truck for emergency snackies, but you could just as easily cut it up for a cheese and meat board. Excellent quality and flavor.

50/50. Spicy Chili was great, Traditional was not dried out enough.
Chili version was great. Would give 5 stars for this alone. However, traditional was not dried out enough, tasted like bresaola, not biltong. Not good.
