These grinders are perfect for delivering spices while cooking. They grind the spice up very fine (I actually use mine for oregano and cayenne peppers) allowing for easy measuring and delivery. They are very large, hold a lot of spice and look classy sitting in my prep area. The large opening makes it easy to fill without a lot of spillage. The pepper shaker stopped grinding shortly after first use. I can only now get whole peppercorns out of the grinder as it will not grind at all. I've tried turning the bottom that controls the coarseness and it does not work no matter how little or much I turn and different directions. The salt grinder is working well.

Literally smashed into a million pieces when it shipped just opening the package the glass cut my hand. Super cheap looking and because I didn't have time to return before return date 11/18/18 I have to keep this unusable garbage. These are not worth even your time to purchase them, even if they were free. Do not buy

Did not even last 3 months. Batteries pop out and it has to be opened up and battery pushed back in to place to use. Then just quit grinding the salt or peppercorn. Total waste of time & money

Perfect size for my family and table decor! Working well with the kids. Looks more expensive than it is.
