Interesting
This book was kind of interesting. It was like having a detective analyzing why you said or did a certain thing. Many things like using the wrong key to open your door to saying the wrong name are picked apart and analyzed. Usually I just laugh about it and move on. Not Sigmund Freud. After, and during, reading this book I have now paused when I have done some of these things. This book has made me stop and analyze some of the reasons why I have done certain things. Maybe Dr Sigmund Freud might have been correct on a few things. Or maybe I was just tired at the time?

A dull book written for children in grade school
This book is a collection of patient data taken over the course of several decades that amounts to how our experiences and feelings in life reflect in how we operate on a daily basis. If you already know this you will walk away from this book having gained very little. There is no advance theory, philosophy or treatment practices, only an abundance of 'X' causes 'Y' scenarios.
