Returned it not what I wanted

I am unable to give an accurate rating of this product as the one that I received was used. I mean used, so that's why I said used. It is as though I was throwing dices when I bought it and hoping for good luck.One star was given because the page would not go forward if you do not select at least one, but quite frankly, it does not deserve any.There was actual dust and crap in the dust collection cup. As for when I used it, the suction was nothing compared to that of the one in the video. I am disappointed to say the least, so Good Luck with your purchase.KM

Cheap and rattled in box. Not very strong suction.Gave as gifts embarrassingly.

Came missing pieces, contacted seller promised to send missing parts, never arrived, called repeatedly, and now missed my return window. Dont buy from this seller. Would not give a star if it was an option

This compact vacuumis strong & does exactly what I wanted from it.

Very little suction. Maybe I should have purchased the $60 model.

Wish I could rate lower than a "1". This vacuum is cheaply made, does not keep a charge, nothing like the TV commercial. Don't waste your money!
