I was looking for a pretty yarn bowl that'll stand up to some minor abuse. This arrived, in a velvet drawstring bag. The red painted finish has a beautiful depth, the edges are smooth, and its big enough to hold a nice sized cake of yarn. The holes are a nice touch, as well. It's heavy enough to stay in place while in use...exactly what i wanted, and pretty enough I wouldnt mind getting another in a different color.

I bought two of yarn bowls for my girls. They love to crochet but their yarn would get tangled and become a mess. These yarn bowls are so pretty and colorful. I bought one in red and one in blue. They look great and most importantly, they keep the yarn from getting into a tangled mess. Love them.

I was glad to find a metal yarn bowl since most are ceramic or wood. This was be more durable and for my elderly grandmother, less susceptible to being dropped and broken like other materials. The color is also quite beautiful. This will be a lovely gift!

I love the bowl, just wish it were bigger. I tend to use thicker yarns and the balls won't fit in this bowl.
