GREAT STUFF
I use this product for multiple surfaces, wood, glass, and plastic. What I love most about it is that it doesn't dry out like other products of its kind. The first time I bought it lasted well over a year. I don't use it very often but when I needed it, it was still good, didn't dry out!! Because I can't find it in stores in my area, I bought 3 this time. (gave 1 to my sister) :)

Flexible alternative to cyanoacrylate superglue
This is a unique formulation of adhesive that fills the gap - literally - between CA (cyanoacrylate, commonly known as superglue) and glues like E6000. While this has a slower drying time than E6000, it's much thinner and easier to apply, and it doesn't have the noxious odor E6000 has. The chief benefit of this glue over CA is that it's flexible, so your bond can 'give' a little under stress without breaking. It feels a little bit like a 50/50 blend of silicone and epoxy, if that makes sense - you can definitely deform blobs of it once cured with a fingernail. It indeed dries clear as advertised, although you'll still want to be careful about application to avoid overspray. Because this is slow drying, you get a fair amount of work time, which is nice if you make any mistakes you need to wipe up. The instructions say that at least one of your two surfaces should be porous to achieve a good hold. I did try it on a non-porous-to-non-porous metal-to-glass bond and it worked fine, but I can see where the best results would be achieved with a porous surface. My chief complaint is that the dispenser oozes - a LOT. I tried to apply a tiny bit to repair a piece of jewelry, and gobs and gobs kept coming uncontrollably out of the tip. I had to quickly improvise a sheet of paper to catch it all, then I had to rapidly stick the cap back on to stop the flow. I ended up applying to my workpiece with a toothpick from all the goop that had oozed out, and that worked, but I wish the applicator was a lot better and more precise.

Only buy one at a time
Of the three tubes two were dried up and unusable. The first one is fine and great glue but…. Ordered 9 months ago but they were dried up after 5 months

Very useful
This glue is very useful and these are the characteristics why I recommend this glue. Strength and durability: Loctite Extreme Glue lives up to its claim of being *incredibly strong. Whether you're repairing a broken chair or building a wooden model, this adhesive provides a reliable, sturdy bond. Ease of use: Foam-free formula ensures hassle-free application. There is no need to deal with annoying bubbles or excessive spills. It sticks smoothly to various surfaces, making your projects easy. Versatility: Thanks to its double technology, this glue is versatile. It is equally effective for crafting, construction and repair tasks. From scrapbooking to woodworking, it is an ideal choice. Clean Finish: The fact that it dries clear is a big plus. Leaves no unsightly residue or wrinkles on your paper projects. Leaves a professional looking finish. but it also has some negative aspects: Holding Requirement: Although it sets without holding, some users prefer adhesives that do not require any holding. Waiting for it to dry can be a minor inconvenience, especially if you are working on urgent projects. Consistency: While the non-foaming formula is great, some users have found the consistency to be thinner than expected. Use care to avoid excessive dripping or spreading. In short, Loctite Extreme Glue is a reliable addition to your toolbox, especially if you are a contractor or hobbyist. Just keep in mind the fastening requirements and consistency during application!

Works
Got this glue for general all purpose household use for use on leather, ceramic, plastic, wood, metal etc. I like that it comes in smaller bottles with lids for lower risk of drying out. I used it to reattach a leather strap that split apart on my bag. As the instructions said, bc the leather is porous , it took about 2 days to set. But it worked. I just put a piece of wax paper around the strap and heavy books on top of the strap while it set. The glue is a gooier than other super glued I’ve tried. It doesn’t harden as quickly as other super glues I’ve tried or crystallize like some others. Clear glue.

**Warning** turning the cap will cause it fall off along with the glue!
Likes: - The glue works as it should. But that’s only half the equation. Dislikes: - Absolutely ridiculous containers used to contain the glue. I rotated the top in order to release some glue from its tip … BUT instead, the whole cap came off and ALL the glue was starting to ooze out! Fortunately, I was holding the container sideways so only a little bit got onto my finger. You see, there are two rotating parts to these asinine containers…. One is to be opened, and the other kept closed (why did they allow it to be opened??). These containers are MOST definitely a safety issue. I do hope that someone reads this and thus refrains from purchasing this colossal mistake.
