looked fine at first, but quickly fell apart. I wanted to love this mug based on the reviews. I was in the market for a Yeti, but couldn't justify the price. Now I regret it. My lid did not look like the image, and the sliding function never stayed in place causing the lid to close when you lifted to drink. Also the lid never secured tightly so the contents would spill just slightly with each sip.I loved the color (pink), but noticed quickly that it started chipping at the bottom and sides (even though I hand washed the mug and did not use a dishwasher). I hope my request for a refund is granted.

I love this thing. I have had it only a week so I can't comment on how it will hold up over time but here is what I can tell you. At work I fill this with crushed ice at 9:30 AM and when I leave at 5:30 there is still ice left. How much ice seems to depend on how many times I refill during the day. Today I took it on a road trip. Filled at at 9:30 AM and there was still a bit of ice left at 7:00. A few things you should know before you buy. Only one of the two lids is spill proof. It is with the hole for the straw. The slider will leak if you tilt enough for water to hit the lid. It is a little odd to me that the one with the hole for straw is the one you need if throwing this in a backpack or travel bag because you would either have to pack straw or open the lid to drink. Strikes me As odd but does not bother me as i do t really need spill proof. This fits in my cup holder on my 2008 Civic. I have the 30 oz and it it tall and wide. It is wide enough that it is a bit awkward to hold. If I hold at top my hand does not go around the cup far enough. I. Won't drop it but it does not feel natural. If I hold the thinner end at bottom it is kind of top heavy and also does not feel natural. I solved this by purchasing a handle from another vendor. It fits perfectly and makes it easy to grab. Still fits in my cup holder with handle. I do not use this for hot drinks so I can not comment.

Ordered for my husband who previously was filling a gas station 32-oz plastic cup full of ice and refilling the ice multiple times a day to keep his water cold. This tumbler keeps his water ice cold and the ice lasts the whole day, cutting down on his need to refill the ice as much as he was before! The tumbler keeps his water cold without being too cold to the touch when holding, and also does not leave a puddle of condensation on his desk thanks to the double insulation! I ordered it in the matte black and it is just what I wanted. The lids fit snugly and the non-spill slider works well. Great purchase! Hubby is using it every day and loves it!

This is a fine product in every way but one. The two lids that came with it are completely impossible to clean properly. I drink iced tea out of my tumblers all day long. The liquid gets under the slide closure on one lid and under the flap closure on the other and I cannot get it clean no matter how hard I try. I don't was them in the dishwasher. I have tried soaking them in lemon juice and in white vinegar and it helps but it doesn't get them sparkly clean. My stomach turns when I even think about drinking from a cup with a dirty, contaminated lid. Yuck. I have tried using a lid from one of my other 30 oz. containers (from different manufacturers) but they do not fit this opening. I wish I could send this back for a refund. I have other containers that work perfectly and clean up easily. I'd use this product if I could get a replacement lid that fit and cleaned easily. What a waste.

Very disappointed. I thought I would be getting a quality stainless cup for my husband. I hate that his tervis sweat all over the counter, NOW this Smart cooler is doing the same thing. I also bought a teal one for my daughter in law and really hope its not doing the same to her. I have a Yeti that's older and its great. Have bought other brands like Beast and Rtic and they're all fine. Is there a remedy to this problem??

Could not be happier with this tumbler! For a fraction of the cost of a Yeti version, this does all the same things just as well. Both lids seal very tightly, yet easily remove. The brushed blue color is nice and makes it easy to handle with no slipping. Fits perfectly in my car's cup holder (all other tumbler's of this size get stuck in and out of it). I was skeptical on the comments about how long this kept things cold, but they were all true! Still had the majority of ice still remaining at the end of a 10 hour drive - amazing! Filled with ice and water at 10pm at night, left siting out on the table when I left for work in the morning, came back to the hotel at 5pm, and there was still ice remaining in the tumbler. Absolutely love this tumbler and would highly recommend it to anyone for looking for something similar.

I ordered this thinking it was the same one I had previously ordered. Decided to keep it since it seemed to fit the bill and came with a nice lid. It is a bit lighter weight than my old one, which had been color coated turquoise and had peeled badly. When I found flakes of paint in my liquid, that decided it. I got the plain stainless steel finish this time! This cup works great! Keeps my cold tea with ice for 20 to 24 hours with ice. I also drink hot tea, but found the range for keeping hot was about 4 to 6 hours. At that point, I would have to reheat it in the microwave. The double wall insulation is the key. It fits in my hand okay, but I don't have a great deal of grip strength, so I recommend buying a universal cup handle. This made all the difference in the world to me!

I wanted to quit using plastic bottles. I looked at the Yeti stainless steel cups and just couldn’t justify spending double the amount for the cup( as compared to this one). I was a bit worried about some of the negative reviews- but I took the plunge. I’ve only had the cup for about a week, but, so far, so good. I work at a hospital and don’t always have time to go get a cold drink... I hate warm tea/water etc. This kept my drink cold ALL DAY!! 7am to 7pm- It still has ice in it. My only complaint is that the straw is very narrow and when I put my Starbucks refresher with fruit in it, the fruit gets stuck. No real biggie though- I just use a regular reusable straw.It comes with a straw cleaner and two different lids. I bought another one for my husband, I liked it so much!!
