This is a rare large Mosasaurus tooth intricately wrapped in titanium wire that has been spiraled and coiled around the fossil without the use of glue. The coloration of the tooth is various shades of brown with fragmenting in the top right corner and some wear and notches in the tooth from the aging process. Mosasaur teeth of this size are hard to find, making this pendant even more special. The fossil comes from the Kem Kem formation in Morocco and is approximately 67 million years old. This piece comes with an 18" faux leather necklace in black. We can create a larger necklace, or lengthen the extensions on the necklace as needed, just let us know in the notes.
