A small fragment of a Tyrannosaurus Rex tooth, fragmented along the sides, intricately wrapped with antiqued twisted dark bronze wire, set inside of a steampunk style cage shaped like a tooth, also crafted from the same wire, all wound together and anchored to the fossil fragment without the use of glue or damaging it in any way. The fragment is light brown and beige throughout, was found in the Hell's Creek formation in Montana, and is from the late Cretaceous, estimated to be between 67 million years old. This T-Rex pendant is a one of a kind piece and offers a lower cost way to own a great piece of jewelry and a fossil at a lower cost than buying one of our T-Rex pendants made from a full or near full tooth. The piece comes on an 18" faux leather necklace in black. We can lengthen the extensions on the necklace as needed, just let us know in the notes.
