These gel ice packs are great. For my husband’s hand I could always have one in the freezer while he used the other. It stayed cold and was not very heavy. Perfect size for our needs. Cost was excellent. Highly recommend these.

So far, so good. Used this ice pack this morning. It is bigger than what I am used to using, but it did do a very good job and it seemed to stay cold for a good period of time. The gel wasn't as crystalized as other freezer ice packs can get and it was much more flexible. It molded well around my foot without hurting my joint. Consistency of gel is very good, however, the amount of gel doesn't seem to fill the pack entirely. When gel is moved to the other side, it is only half full. So far that hasn't been much of an issue. I do find the benefit of more comfort is better than having more gel inside the pack. All and all, it is a decent ice pack. I would get it again if the need arises.

These things are great and are easy to use. The chill and ice feel works throughout the pack, which is sturdy but flexes well, like higher end gel packs. Glad I bought these. And they freeze up within 10 minutes and keep cold. My pain was stopped due to the balanced chilling effect.

For an ice pack, I feel it is a great purchase. It is durable and made out of quality material. The flexibility of the ice pack is exactly what I wanted. The one area I can think of that can be improved on is how long the ice pack stays cold. We use it like an ice blanket for my infant daughter when we go on walks. During this time it is covering her, but is obviously exposed to the heat of the day. It stays cold for probably an hour in these conditions. Note we live in Texas.

It’s huge, cold and frozen as needed but also fairly malleable and soft enough to use with comfort. We had a different product that was similar but too hard when frozen, it would cause discomfort to lean against it. The only issue we had was that it became a bit of a wonky shape in the freezer so now I place it in a plastic trash bag with a piece of cardboard under it to keep it flat. This isn’t a flaw but more of a challenge. If it froze so darn hard that it caused pain to sit on or in front of, that would be an issue. It works well to ease pain and inflammation!

Love these ice packs. The large size works perfect for using on my low back. They are flexible and do not get too hard or stiff when frozen. They stay cold longer than prior ice packs I have used. I would highly recommend this product and have bought additional sizes.

Size: Large This is EXACTLY what I've been looking for. I've bought all kinds of cold packs trying to find one I could keep by my side for hours without having to get up and down to the freezer with my hip issues and a major hip surgery coming up. THIS IS THE ONE!!! I've read all kinds of reviews on all kinds of packs and all I could ever find was "they stay cold a long time". Well... that is not very specific. I'm here to tell you, this cold compress stays cold for at least 3 hours. I use it for about 30 min, put it down for a while then back on again. 3+ hours later it's still more than cold enough to use. I fold it in half and wrap it in a hand towel and when I need to, I fold it the other way and it's just as cold as the other side was when I pulled it out of the freezer. I've noticed some reviews say "it's too cold". But isn't that what you want? You can always use a thicker cloth to begin with if it's too cold against your body. It's also great for the sciatica pain in my hip and really helps with the swelling. I will recommend this cold compress all day every day.

Excellent ice packs. Flexible and lays flat or wraps around even when frozen. Does not sweat much. Great size for lower back. Getting a lot of use in our house for various body parts!

Absolutely loved this when I had my knee replacement. They don’t freeze solid like ice and they can bend and mold to whatever you need. Totally recommend this and would totally buy it again. Good for anything!

After I bought this model I was a bit worried that I might have picked a one which is too big, however, the size is perfect. If you have a back pump from gym and wanna lie on it or you wanna cover the whole knee the big size really comes handy. The material is really durable and the gel allowed it to be folded twice and being put in the freezer in a small corner comfortably.
