I added this to my vitamin mix i take daily and have really liked this so far. I started taking it because i heard it goes great with Vitamin D3 for health maintenance and keeping strong bones. Easy pill to swallow, no taste or stickiness, easy size. Definitely worth the money.

After watching a Drs video I decided to add vitamin K to my bedtime routine of Magnesium glycinate and vitamin D .I fell asleep quicker and deeper right from the first night and it’s been a week now.I’m very mindful of the supplements I take and only stick to using ones that make a clear difference in my life.
