This is way better than the old juicer style. Pulls more of the actual juice out so I can add the leftover pulp to my dog’s food. Win win and zero waste. I like the juice, but my dog loves the pulp addition to her food! I used to avoid using juicers bc cleanup was a hassle, but this one cleans up quick! Happy I read all the positive reviews and bought this upgrade. Update-on top of my dog loving the pulp addition to her food, her bm’s aren’t as stinky and are noticeably smaller. The colors in her coat are also getting more distinct. She’s 6 years old, the ONLY change has been her diet, so we attribute it to a healthier diet.

This product is the worst I have ever purchased. Do NOT buy it. You cannot use this juicer because after you plug this juicer, the power button is flashing in red. You're supposed to touch other buttons such as soft, rev or hard to make it work. Sry, the power button will keep flashing in red nonstop. Nothing works. Really disappointed!!!

I like everything except the touch panel is sometimes. You have to tap the button just right.

Only problem is it took forever to turn on. Touchscreen isn't responsive enough. I had to swipe a cloth over the touchscreen as if I was cleaning it for like 15-30 seconds everytime I wanted it to turn on. To stop it just unplug it. I only used soursop and cut up pineapples so nothing hard. Did good! I did take all my pulp and ran it back down the tube and I was able to get another 3oz of juice more than the first time. You definitely have to get your moneys worth when it comes to juicing! The tube you feed food down is very small as well. It would be awesome if they fix the touchscreen issue. Was going to trade it for another but figured I'll just return it and try something new since others are having same issues and it's not just a defect

I like this juicer for three reasons: it’s easy to set up, easy to clean, and has two modes for different types of fruit. It doesn’t fit huge chunks, but that’s not an issue for the price. I previously had a similar style, with the juicing mechanisms on top. That one was very tricky and frustrating to set up, and harder to clean. Overall I would recommend

I love how pretty it is in my kitchen. I had a difficult time turning it on until I learned you have to barely touch the touch screen. If you touch it too hard it will not turn on. I have a Jack LaLanne’s centrifugal juicer. It has amazing power and you can juice large pieces of vegetables. I did not like how hard it was too clean, and that it was white, so I got this one. It is easier to clean but you have to clean it very often while juicing because the pulp backs up in it. The fruits and vegetables have to be cut up in pretty small pieces because the chute is so small. It juices fine but there is pulp in my juice. I have to strain the juice when I’m finished. It is much quieter than my old one. I like it ok but I wouldn’t buy it again. I got mine on sale for around $130. I see now it is $399. No way would I pay that for it.

A must have item. I really enjoy it. I wish the place where you place the items to juice was wider. I have to cut everything up in smaller portions and it works like a dream.

I just took this out of the box, followed instructions carefully and none of the buttons worked except for Power. I unplugged and plugged it back in, let it go into rest mode after 3 minutes of inactivity and tried again. It doesn’t work, so I am sending it back. Sadly disappointed after being excited to use this juicer.
