srrd the the amount of light exposed. High Pile Area Rug

AT first I loved this rug! Super soft and fluffy! It goes perfect with my decor. I bought it in three sizes. Then 12 months later it starts lying down in spots like in front of the chair and couch. I contacted the seller to ask about the manufacturers warranty and he starts saying I had something heavy sitting on it. What, our feet. I paid over 500.00 for 3 rugs from this seller. 2 from Amazon and one personally through him on a smaller size. Seller said he would contact me the next business day after he talked to manufacturer. He contacted me and said it was bought in Feb. the prior year. He was only responsible for 30 days and that was it. No manufacturers answers, no manufacturers phone number, nothing. Sorry but they just don't stand behind their products of want anything to do with you after their 30 days are up. Never again!

Very nice and soft. It’s worth your money. Very nice color too.
