Works for me!
Absolutely works for me. Easy to use. Taste is tolerable but much better with a bit of cinnamon mixed in.Yes, it’s expensive but I don’t plan on using it very long. Just enough to jump start my weight loss.I purchased the kit & love the container & little mixer included. It dissolves easily. I am using 1/2 water & 1/2 oat milk & ice. Handy to take with you as the lid is tight & has not leaked yet.All in all I’m extremely pleased. Down 14 pounds in a very short time!

Vanilla trumps original
The smell when you open the can is quite strong, but for good reason; if you're coming from the original, the vanilla is WAY better. I was starting to get flavor fatigue from the original and it was tasting funny. The vanilla is really nice and I appreciate the convenience of adding a shaker cup & measuring spoon too.My main concern is the price. I do 13 Tbs, 3x a day in accordance with the plan under the lid. Combined with good quality milk substitute it's quite expensive for me. One can is about 2-3 days worth of meals. Texture is a little gritty, but manageable. It definitely helps with energy and hunger. I skipped a day and I noticed

Not worth it
Very chalky and gritty. Tastes like eating ground chalk. Not worth it.

Almased
So I’ve only been drinking it for about 3 days and have already lost about 5 lbs,now I did mess up the first 2 days and eat something. The taste is not very good if you mix it with just water I’ve found that it’s much more drinkable if you use cold brew black coffee with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and add some vanilla extract and cinnamon. They have many recipes in there website to. If you’re a texture person and a lot of textures gross you out then this probably isn’t for you, it’s really grainy and almost sand like. It is very filling tho but my advice is to wait until you’re hungry to drink once instead of trying to have it at breakfast, lunch, and dinner times, just wait until you feel hungry otherwise you might not be able to finish it. Overall I think it works really good you just have to be able to stick to it.

Try it!
I enjoy the almond vanilla flavor; it has a subtle almond taste. I find the shake very satisfying; however, when I do a heavy workout, it’s not enough to sustain me, I have to supplement with food. But I’m happy to replace meals with this because I am trying to lose some weight.

Not a bad protein shake but a bit expensive
I heard of this product at my doctors office from a patient talking in the waiting room, then weirdly the commercial for it came on TV. I did some research and saw mixed reviews, mostly about the taste. I ordered the almond vanilla flavor and mixed it with half unsweetened almond milk and half water (12oz) and it wasn’t bad at all. The serving size goes by your height so mine is 10 scoops (they don’t include the scoop 😠) so one can of the stuff using it twice a day only lasts about a week for me. At $35 a can, that’s $140 a month which is a bit pricy considering I didn’t find it to curb my hunger really but it did seem to stave off my sweet tooth a bit. It is suggested to do a detox by using the product for three days, three times a day, and only supplement with vegetable broth. I have GERD which doesn’t allow my stomach to be that empty so I could not try this but I have been able to replace two meals a day. The brand claims hunger control and weight loss, neither of which I’ve experienced yet; I’m on my second can and plan to do for a month so we’ll see.

New to this!
I just started this, 1) cause I’d like to lose weight 2) I can’t eat solids right now anyways cause I just got all my teeth pulled so I need to be on a liquid diet till it heals. First thing I noticed was it was kind of bland. But it did fill me up. Taste wasn’t all that great. So I tried adding banana extract, cocoa and neither of those really helped. Kind gave it a sort of funky taste. So I decided to try my salted caramel Skinny Syrup. OMG it is so good. That’s just like a Milk shake. To get by the chalkiness I use a Ninja blender. I also use sugar free almond milk and ice… so delicious. This has really good ingredients and with the Ninja blending is a breeze. There’s a bunch of recipes on line but I like the vanilla unsweetened almond milk, ice and skinny syrup.
