Received this item after I saw it online. I like that you can use water or mouthwash in the machine. Works great and much less hassle than flossing and it’s thorough. Throwing my old water pic out. Love it!

Didn't work. It started running in the middle of the night and would not stop. Couldn't turn it off. Put water in it and put it in the tub and it ran until the water was gone and then kept running. Would not shut off. It did this for hours - like it had never ending charge. Was not worth the money. I went back to a water pic.

Works good easy for traveling

The TV ad shows users flossing continuously from side to side and finishing in 10 seconds. That has not been my experience, but my caveat is that I have only used it for about three weeks and it took me all of that time to learn how to use it without flooding my bathroom floor or accidentally washing my face thoroughly. The start buttons and speed buttons are so close together that it is easy to shift to high speed when one tries to turn it off. It works very well for my large back and side teeth, but not for my tightly spaced small front teeth; so, I have to turn it off and on to reposition it three or so times during a flossing. On the plus side, it was easy to assemble, it recharges quickly, and it is such a good idea for a flosser (I still use my string flosser, too).

I’ve used a water pic for many years, but I liked the idea of the U-shaped end on this so I tried it. To be honest, I really like the way made my teeth feel. They felt cleaner than they do with the water pic. The only problem is two weeks into using it. It didn’t work anymore, so I returned it and got my money refunded. There’s no problem there which was nice. I may buy another one just to see if that was just a bad one.

Great flosser

Update: I've only had this since March of this year and while I still think the design is great, it is no longer spraying. I only use this about 2x/week so it's not overused. The motor runs but nothing comes out. I noticed the steam was getting weaker so I'm not surprised. I thought it was clogged so I tried running some hot water and vinegar through it but it's not helping. It's like the holes are too small to allow small minerals (what I think the issue is) to pass through. I'm going back to my old one which has a more powerful stream than this one brand new out of the box. The design isn't as good as this but oh well. This design is perfect and exactly what I was looking for. I love that it's handheld and not an awkward size or shape and really the best feature is that you can get both sides of the teeth and not worry about missing any parts. It didn't take long for me to get the best method for my mouth. The only things I don't like about it is it's hard to use on my back gums because it is just barely wide enough to get around those teeth. I can get to them but it sometimes gets a little stuck. The other thing is the same comment that the reservoir is too small. If it were a bit bigger it would be perfect.

I first bought this water floss back in April 2025, This is the perfect item needed after brushing your teeth. This will have your teeth feeling clean and smooth, I can't rubbing my tongue over my teeth. I even bought another one in October 2025 for back up if this first one stops working.
