The product did not work at all

Easy to use and very lite weight and portable1. easy to carry2. Lite weight3. good for adults.

I received the product with a usb port(type C), but there is no port for charging on the device. It is only battery operated. I put new double A batteries but I noticed that it keeps stopping after 1 spray and I have to keep pressing the button on to atleast deliver a 5 minute nebulization for my cat.
