Nothing had it for months just tried to use it a couple time the machine want freeze and I'm having a hard time getting my money back!!

This machine works exactly as written, customer service is fantastic works with you to get a speedy fix if problems arise. I would purchase anything from this company again.

Horrible mistake I made in purchasing this for my mobile bar business!!! I tested it with slushie mix to make sure it worked. When I went to use it a week later at an event it would NOT FREEZE! I used the same mix so I know my measurements were right. SO disappointed

I have only used this once but wanted to write a review that could help someone in the future. When I first used it I noticed the syrup mixture was not getting thick after two hours. The mistake we made was just to hit the SLUSH mode. You have to set the temperatures first on both bowls by holding down the SET button and using the + and -. So far so great! I will update if I have any issues in future. P.S Keep an eye out for price changes, it varies quite a bit.

The media could not be loaded. The machine is not making slush at all. The temp setting is showing -1.9 which should allow it to make the slush. It is been going on like this for hours. The middle one is not working at all. The ones at the end they will start to make slush but will change to liquid after a few minutes. I would avoid buying this. It is a wast of money.

We have tried to get it to work. There is no instructions book just an information book. We have tried to contact to seller and they won't contact us back.

This machine completely stopped working after less than 3 months. Loss of gallons of product too. This company DOES NOT stand behind their products. Very disappointing-garbage!

We bought this machine almost a year a go and we've suffered a string of problems with it. Motors failing, leaks, motor failing again. The worst part of it all is Vevor customer service does not care. They know we have a lemon and they won't replace it, so it's been months of operating with only 2 of the 3 tanks and there is no hope in sight.Stay away from Vevor products.
