Casio G-Shock GWG-B1000-1A4JF Master of G Series MUDMASTER Flagship Model Triple Sensor Japan Import New

Recently sold my GWG-2000 which I had for two years and was missing the G-Shock experience so bought this here on Amazon. I'll come right out and admit that the maroon band was what sold me lol. Otherwise this is a solid G-Shock with all the features including sunrise and sunset which my previous watch didn't have. Pros: Red band Rose gold accents All the bells & whistles including Tough Solar, Multi-band 6, and Bluetooth Bluetooth connects to Casio app and makes setting up the watch way easier than doing it manually. Cons: Light is not as bright as GWG-2000 and is at the 4 o'clock position which leaves some of the watch in a slight shadow when used. Metal keeper. Why? NOTE: Casio has fixed the radio sync problem with this model but be aware that if you pair the watch to BT it will attempt to connect to this for time sync overnight and will not connect to the radio signal. To connect to the radio signal just un-sync the watch using the instructions found on the Casio web page and it will sync to the atomic clock overnight. All-in-all a nice watch and visually a step up from previous Mudmasters.

I have came to love mudmaster series. This one specifically is really good looking, built like a tank, and has everything. I like how it has bluetooth for settings and time sync, but its not reliant on it. Some of the bluetooth functionality is a bit gimmicky and is basically a shortcut for the app functionality.

This is an extremely accurate watch, receiving time adjustments from satellites four times a day. It can also be adjusted with Bluetooth technology from a cell phone. The battery is light sensitive charging itself by light. It is well made. The only suggestion to the seller is to provide its instructions manual in English.

Looks even more amazing on my wrist. It’s a combination of beauty and ruggedness. Pairing with your phone ensures it’s accurate to the second. Easy to read at a glance and feels great while wearing. I only take it off when in the shower. Love it…Casio has done it right.

This watch is amazing! I love the heavyset of it and still learning on all the things it can do but for it being my 3rd g shock I'm more addicted now then ever... worth the money. It is an investment for some including myself. But you will be pleased!

It’s a the same Mudmaster you fell in love with throughout the years. The perfect marriage of analogue meets digital.Just download the Casio watch app, pair and connect flawlessly via Bluetooth. The app features, make this process, the perfect evolution for a MudMaster . However, sadly I miss the Size of its predecessors the GWG1000, its large size, was a large part, of its identity. It was a big watch some might say, but it fit like a watch. The new GWGB1000 is the size of an average large chronograph watch but it’s a “MudMaster” and it does command attention. I know this is a major purchase but I’ve been looking at this for some time and when the price dropped and it had two day shipping I had to make it the pinnacle of my collection. It just feels and looks so great.

MTG-B2000を愛用してましたがどうしてもこちらのGショックが欲しくて高価なものですが購入しましたがまだ内蔵のアイテムは使いきれてはいないがデザイン的には最高峰のGショックだと思いました。バンドも重くはなくB-2000も高価でしたがそれぞれ購入して2個並べてみるのも電波ソーラーファンとしては楽しいです。

購入のキッカケになったポイント ○全部入りアナログG(秒針・ライト・センサー・電波ソーラー付き)でギリギリスーツなどにも合わせられる様になったサイズ感 ○この手のモデルでは珍しい落ち着いた暖色赤系の配色 良いところ ○やっと普段使い出来るサイズに 歴代のマッドマスターなど、既存の多機能・秒針付きアナログGはとにかく分厚くデカく(時間は見やすいし、デカさを売りにしているところもあったと思いますが)、 いずれちょっと高級(実売10万以下！)な秒針付き電波ソーラー照明付きアナログGを欲しいと思っていたものの、店頭で実機のデカさを見ては諦めていました。 このモデルになってやっと普段使い出来るサイズになった感があります。 歴代モデルと店頭で比較すると締まってかなり小さくなった様に見えますが、 コレでもデジタルG-SHOCKで大きめなトリプルセンサー機のレンジマンやマッドマンとほぼ同じサイズ感で、 十分デカいです。 ○アナログの時間が見やすい。 (針とインデックスが蛍光色で統一されていて、12時と6時が算用数字で残っているのもポイント) ○金属と強化樹脂のベゼルは、太陽光でソーラー充電すると樹脂ベゼルが劣化するかも…と言うジレンマを感じにくい ○高級機ながら、(個人的に)装着感の良い樹脂ベルト採用 (黒だけでなくこのカラーバリエーションの赤ベルトも交換用部品として末長く残して欲しい…) ○割と珍しい赤系の配色 (ベゼルの金属系パーツはローズゴールド・ベルトはマルーン寄りの落ち着いた赤系配色。赤x黒の上品でメリハリのある良い配色だと思います。他のカラバリも悪くないですが、この赤系モデルがなければ多分購入していないです) ○過去にあったGIEZシリーズの様な大人向けの上品さと、マスターオブGシリーズのタフさが融合したシャープで質感の高いデザインは素晴らしいと思います。 気になったところ ○庶民にはきつい価格 実売価格10万前後。1〜3万の時計をあれこれ買ってタンスの肥やしにするよりも、ちょっと良いモデルを一つ買ってメインで使ったほうが…と思う事もありましたが、２桁は厳しいです(汗) 高いけどちょっと欲しいというモデルがやっと現れたので、値動きを見て今回の購入になりました。 出品者販売(Amazon出荷)で8万半ば・ファッション時計類ポイントアップキャンペーンのタイミングでの購入でした。 ○追いやられた？気圧計測ボタン デジタルトリプルセンサー機ではベゼル右手中央の押しやすい位置に気圧計測ボタンがあるのですが、 このモデルはその位置にりゅうずがある為、Bボタン(左下)のモード切り替えの一番初めに割り当てられています。 時刻モードに戻すにはBボタンの長押しが必要で、Dボタン(左上)で戻れる様にするとかひと工夫欲しかったです。 アウトドアでは方位や高度計測をよく使うかもですが、日常使いでは同じ場所なので気圧計測の使用頻度が一番多いです。アウトドアでも天気予測等で使用頻度は低くないと思いますが… スマホ連携でボタン割り当てを変更することもできる様ですが、そうするとベゼル表記と違う機能になってしまいます。 日常使い出来るサイズになったので、そういうところも再考頂きたいです。 ○やっぱり見にくい反転液晶 液晶画面はどうしても小さくなってしまう上に、反転液晶なのである程度の明るさがある環境で、真正面からでないとよく見えません。 トリプルセンサー機でそれなりに見る情報があるので、見栄えよりも実用性を重視して欲しかったです。 (もっと言うならこのモデルに限らず、普及しつつある高精細フルカラー液晶のスマートウォッチよりも高い価格帯の高級G-SHOCK各種が、今だにいにしえの見ずらい反転液晶搭載とは… スマホ連携などよりも、時計そのものの視認性をあげるのが先で、フルカラーでなくてもノウハウのある高精細なMIP液晶を搭載するなど、なんとかならないものでしょうか？ アナログ&デジタル腕時計へのMIP液晶搭載も、シチズンに先を越されてしまいましたね…) ○(多分)高度な技術ながらメリットの少ないスマホ連携 個人的には不要で使っていません。 文字盤上で良いアクセントになっている方位針も、用途が少なくあまり活かせていない感じです。 デジタル液晶で気圧傾向と日付を表示させると曜日が表示出来ないので、曜日を表す機能があれば良かったのにと思います。 細かい事も書きましたが、カッコよくて満足出来る秒針付きアナログG-SHOCKだと思います。 (サイズ感は一度店頭で確認した方が良いです)

少し落ち着いた感じのレッドが気に入っています 初代よりも軽量になっているかと思いますが ゴツさを求めるなら初代の方がイイかもです
