I ordered: Oypla Open Fire Basket 15" Cast Iron Heavy Duty Grate Log Coal Wood - Item dimensions L x W x H 40.5 x 29.5 x 19 centimetres. Actual size is: 36.5 x 27.5 x 10.5.Wasted a few hours sending questions & now have to package it & post it back. They need to understand that "we're committed to providing 110% customer satisfaction" can ever be 100% !

Seems good. A little smaller than I expected,not much, probably just down to my measurements. Was the closest thing I could get to the size I required. I expect it will last a very long time,good sturdy quality material. Was delivered very promptly,in a well packaged box with polystyrene.A few days sooner than was stated on Amazon. To sum up, I'm happy with it 👍

Bought to use in multi fuel stove as we could not get a replacement for the original which is broken until May so chose to gamble and get this grate which would fit inside but without the ash pan.It was delivered much sooner than expected and we are delighted it works like a dream and no problem removing the ash with the fireside shovel. Absolute value for money and when we get the correct grate this one fits perfectly inside our fire pit which will save on fuel as it’s lovely and compact but big enough to put out plenty of hea

Excellent product and good value,but check who delivers it, mine was delivered by Hermes, an absolute farce, I did get my order after 7days..

It’s a really nice and cute little purchase and sturdily made.The packaging wasn’t great; it came in a battered cardboard box that was a lot bigger than the product so the product must have been sliding around inside. Unfortunately, this led to one of the spokes around the edge snapping off before I’d received it.It still looks fine so I won’t be returning it, just a little disappointed :(

One leg was smaller than the others, I could have returned it, but for such a bulky item and it’s cost, it didn’t warrant the bother. I only intended it to be decorative so does the job for me.

The fire grate I purchased came right on time. I was very impressed with the high quality and build standard. It fitted perfectly and improves the heat output. We'll done and thanks.

I found the parcel or box open, which I was not happy about. Unfortunately it doesn’t fit . My old fireplace is 16inch but doesn’t move forward
