Not as advertised
It was advertised as simple and ready to go. It wasn't intuitive and didn't have any instructions. I had no luck finding info online for it. Ultimately, I returned it unused.

Every easy and reliable
This is my second time to buy this device, I bought one sample to test several months and it ran well, and really there’s no extra charge monthly, it saves me much money. They are trusty, so I buy again, and will buy more in the future.

Invalid serial # when I try to register device.
Zero customer support for this product. I have not been able to register the media player to even use it. Is gives me an error message when I input the serial number during registration. $100 wasted

Not User Friendly
The device was easy to connect to the wi-fi, but the setup for photos and videos is not very user friendly.

Amazing! It can be upgrade for free, with newest 2.029 version, I can set schedule AD with days in week, better and more convenient now! I contacted Betty via email when I met a small question, and Betty replied soon and solved for me, good buying experience this time, thanks.

Horrible
Absolutely terrible device. We've tried for two weeks to get this to work as advertised without any success. Customer service is next to none. Can not get ahold of a real person
