In general I love the Phillips One battery operated toothbrush. I have limited counter space, don't have room for a charger, so this model allows me to have an 'electric' toothbrush. I like that it is very portable, I like the strength it has and the built in timer which tells me when I'm in too much of a hurry brushing my teeth (LOL). All positives. The negative? I think this is the 4th one I have had to purchase since switching. I'll get about 8 months to a year and then it just craps out. Yes, I've changed batteries as needed. But apparently that hasn't put me off buying more of the same model. Of note, something that other versions of the Phillips One that this specific purchase doesn't include - a carrying / travel case. Luckily I have the case from my previous purchase

Toothbrush requires a battery which is way better than the chargeable one. I always loose the unique charger! The replacement heads are inexpensive as well. Recommend product, 5 stars.

This is my favorite electric toothbrush, and I've tried several including Sonicare. It works well, without being too harsh on my teeth and gums.

Product didn't come with the case a as it's indicated it should in the manual.

I’ve always loved Philips products, which is why I chose this electric toothbrush. It worked great for the first five months, but then it gradually stopped functioning properly. I suspect water might have gotten inside, which is concerning given that it’s a toothbrush—some exposure to water during use is inevitable. Additionally, the replacement brush heads are almost as expensive as buying a new unit, making it not very cost-effective in the long run. Overall, I’m quite disappointed with this purchase.

As a person with sensitive teeth , the bristle of the brush are way too hard for it to be usable . I wish they had softer bristle heads .
