I sleep quite well after a hard day at work

I had seen this product advertised on TV and decided I would give it a try. On the first night, I really didn’t see a difference as the claim of the advertisement. But after taking it a few nights I did notice that it helps some. To be honest for me. It’s not any more than buying melatonin over-the-counter. Of course this is just my opinion and my body and how it reacted. It does relax you a little bit and maybe calm me some but I don’t get the benefits as they rave that it’s like on television.

I fall asleep quicker, stay asleep and don't feel groggy when I wake up.

This product was impossible for me to take. I tried twice and became very ill both times. I took it with lots of water and even some food once. Nothing helped. It was awful
