Bought as a present as it works perfectly and does really work to support both head and neck.

I found a small hole in the item and last time I said anything they fobbed the issue off to Amazon. There was no damage to the box, the outer plastic sleeve or the items information collar. I think blaming amazon and not taking responsibility to look into the matter does not fill me with confidence for future purchase. I already stated I'm not looking for a refund, replacement or return. Not for something that small, but I did expect you to come back and try to up your quality assurance for other customers.Original I gave it 3 star as the item it's self is comfortable and a nice fit once I glue the hole.
