Just perfect!
Using it to do cable exercises in gym. Like Seated Cable fly and bayesian curl. So much better than using the handles that are available in the gym.

Thin material
The belt is thin and cuts into the hand with even moderately heavy weights. Better off using a martial arts belt.

Decent for it's price
Decent product, but it would have been better if the strap was more of a thin and soft material and the width should have been 1.5 inch since the 1 inch is not good for long hours of training cause it leads to nerve damage. Other than that the strap is pretty darn good and the buckle aswell!

Okay for basic training
Quality awesome 👍😎 but after loading weight it Fully pulls your thumb 👎 cannot give grip support from our other fingers... This actually trains our inner forearms... But the design is stressing on our thumb making it difficult to train.
