Would advise going 1 size larger
Bought a medium (normally dress size 8) after measuring belly dimensions. However, after a few weeks of use towards the end of pregnancy, the Velcro straps were not strong enough to stay on and kept snapping off. Perhaps a larger size may have helped with the situation.

Excellent support
Bought for various pelvic issues during pregnancy. Definitely helped with those but best of all, no back ache in this pregnancy!!

Fantastic product
My wife has tried a few different support bands. This is by far the best she has tried. It offers fantastic support and also gives her peace of mind that her bump is well supported and protected. It's also very reasonably priced

Does the job ⭐️
I love this belt. Although I feel a little cramped in it, I know it is supporting and helping with my SPD (helpfully only diagnosed at 33 weeks +5) I wasn't very impressed with the teeny tiny instructions that came with the belt so I watched an online video instead.
